User Generated Content Guidelines

Last updated: October 26, 2025

These guidelines (“Guidelines”) explain what we expect when you share photos, nutrition labels, reviews, or other content on atey20. They apply to all user-generated content (“UGC”) submitted through the Service, including dish submissions, “Foodie Flicks,” comments, and restaurant claims. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Give credit and share what you own

  • Upload only photos, menus, and materials you created or have permission to share.
  • Provide accurate information about dishes, ingredients, and nutrition sources. If you reference a calculator or PDF, include the link when possible.
  • Respect trademarks and copyrights. Do not upload watermarked images or proprietary documents without permission.

Keep it respectful, helpful, and safe

  • No hate speech, harassment, threats, or discrimination.
  • No sexually explicit, violent, or self-harm content.
  • No misinformation or misleading nutrition claims. Flag estimates vs. verified nutrition clearly.
  • No promotion of dangerous food preparation, allergens without disclosure, or fraudulent marketing.

Restaurant & owner submissions

  • Only submit dishes for venues you own, operate, or have explicit permission to represent.
  • Use the ingredient builder for accurate macros, and attach primary sources (labels, calculator exports) when available.
  • If you update or remove an item in your menu, let us know so we can keep listings current.

Moderation & enforcement

All UGC is reviewed by our moderation team. We may edit, de-prioritize, or remove content and may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these Guidelines or our Terms. Serious or repeated violations can lead to permanent removal.
