These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Atey20, including our website at atey20.com and mobile applications (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. The Service & Disclaimers

Atey20 is a fitness and nutrition platform that provides AI-powered body transformation previews, personalized meal plans, custom workout routines, grocery lists, and related features to help users work toward their health and fitness goals.

Important disclaimers:

  • AI-generated transformation images are visualizations for motivational purposes only. They do not guarantee, predict, or promise any specific results. Individual outcomes vary based on adherence, genetics, metabolism, and many other factors.
  • We do not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any diet, exercise program, or making health-related decisions.
  • Nutrition estimates and meal plans are approximations and may not account for all ingredients, preparation methods, or individual dietary needs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts & Communications

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

We may send you transactional emails (such as receipts or security alerts). You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Subscriptions

Paid features require a Pro subscription. Pricing, features, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

  • Web subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment processor. You may cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support.
  • App Store subscriptions (iOS) are processed by Apple. You may cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings.
  • Google Play subscriptions (Android) are processed by Google. You may cancel anytime through your Google Play settings.

Refund Policy

No refunds. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

In the event of extended service disruptions, we may, at our sole discretion, extend subscription periods or offer account credits. We are under no obligation to provide refunds, credits, or extensions.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. To request a refund for an app store purchase, contact Apple or Google directly.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we do, we will provide notice before your next renewal. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. User Content

"User Content" includes photos, profile information, progress check-ins, and other materials you provide to the Service.

Body photos: If you upload photos for transformation previews, you grant us permission to process those images using AI technology to generate visualizations. Your photos are stored securely and are not shared publicly.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Atey20 a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, process, and create derivative works from your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have all rights necessary to grant this license
  • Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights
  • You will not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates these Terms

We may remove User Content at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload photos of anyone other than yourself without their consent
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
  • Bypass security measures or rate limits
  • Submit malicious code or conduct that disrupts the Service
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the Service to harm, harass, or discriminate against others

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate transformation preview images and personalized content.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated transformation images are hypothetical visualizations, not predictions or guarantees
  • Results depicted in AI-generated images may not be achievable and are for motivational purposes only
  • AI technology has limitations and generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You will not rely solely on AI-generated content for health, fitness, or medical decisions

8. Feedback

If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant us a license to use them without restriction or compensation. Feedback is optional and not confidential.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, payments, AI processing, and other functions. Their terms may apply when you use features powered by them. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, AI models, algorithms, designs, and branding, is owned by Atey20 or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software or AI systems.

DMCA: If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@atey20.com with: (a) your contact information, (b) identification of the work infringed, (c) location of the infringing content, (d) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate, and (f) your signature.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING TRANSFORMATION PREVIEWS, MEAL PLANS, AND WORKOUT ROUTINES, IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND MOTIVATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING HEALTH, FITNESS, OR WEIGHT LOSS OUTCOMES.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATEY20 AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atey20 and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ends immediately
  • We may delete your account and User Content
  • Sections that by their nature should survive (including licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and provide notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
