Body photos: if you choose to use our transformation preview feature, you may upload photos of yourself. These photos are used to generate AI-powered visualizations of your potential progress.

Health & fitness data: information about your fitness goals (such as weight loss, muscle building, or body recomposition), dietary restrictions, allergies, workout preferences, and progress check-ins.

Location data: if you grant permission, we collect device location to provide location-relevant features. Otherwise, we may approximate your city or region from your IP address.

Usage data: screens visited, features used, meal plans viewed, workouts completed, and telemetry about how you interact with the Service.

Device & diagnostic data: browser type, operating system, device identifiers, IP address, and error logs that help us secure and troubleshoot the Service.

Payments: if you purchase a subscription, our payment processors collect payment details on our behalf. We never store full card numbers. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are processed by Apple or Google according to their respective terms.

Communications: emails and messages you send to support, including feedback or data-access questions.

How We Use Information

AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence technology to generate transformation preview images and personalized fitness content. When you upload a photo:

  • Your photo is processed using AI technology to generate visualization images.
  • These visualizations are for motivational purposes only and do not guarantee results.
  • AI processing is performed by secure third-party infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality obligations.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and local storage to remember preferences and support analytics. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser, but some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled. We do not use third-party ad networks or sell personal information.

How We Share Information

  • Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter.
  • Body photos and transformation images are retained while your account is active. To request deletion, contact support@atey20.com.
  • Payment records are maintained as required by law.
  • Email list entries remain until you unsubscribe.

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use the Service at your own risk. Notify us immediately at support@atey20.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

International Data Transfers
